Mac OSX MountainLion presenting Issues

Today i saw this:

The Mail.app is already started…i can read/write new Mails…but you dont see the Mail.app in the Task_Switcher….

Now i know whats the new

I mean… have a look here About OS X Mountain Lion Update v10.8.1 if this is a solution for working with exchange …well done 😉
