TouchWiz vs. native Android [1:0]
Hi,
the last time i was thinking about to change the OS on my Samsung Galaxy S4, when i heard about the Google S4 Edition.
Some root and hack operations later it was done. The Google S4 Edition was flashed to my S4.
But was has really changed? First of all, it seems to be much faster, than this TouchWiz „thing“. Sure, there are not so many extra tools, like in TouchWiz.
Everything seems to be really fine!
After restoring some Apps from my SD Card and testing everything, i came to the point where i would like to install my S-Mime certificate for my business mail and of course for my private mail account too.
At this point it seems to be a little bit tricky, because the S-Mime wasn’t able to get installed.
But why?
Maybe Google doesn’t want to provide crypt mails?
I was trying some other mail applications with some S-Mime support (r2 djigzo…). But they aren’t as good as this one in TouchWiz, like simple installing S-Mime and using it.
Whatever, i decided to restore my original TouchWiz image.
I think Google should provide the S-Mime support, because it is a business usecase to use a S-Mime certificate on a mobilephone.
